National Geographic has voted Siesta Key #1 in the world for sand content, with its 99% quartz sand. The Sarasota area was also named by TripAdvisor as one of the top 10 beach and sun destinations in the United States for 2011.

Reservation Policy
Reservations are guaranteed with a 25% deposit down and then the balance is due 14 days prior to checkin
Cancellation Policy
-You have 48 hours from the time of making the reservation to cancel with no penalty.
If you cancel after the 48 hours, there is a $150.00 administrative cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, (25% of the total stay) is forfeited and kept as a cancellation fee.
All units are non-smoking. Guests will be charged at minimum $250 for extra cleaning within units if required.
Pets are allowed in some units. There is a $100 non-refundable pet charge. Management must approve pets prior to reservation arrival.
