Reservation Policy
-Reservations are guaranteed with a 25% deposit down and then the balance is due 14 days prior to checkin
Cancellation Policy
-You have 48 hours from the time of making the reservation to cancel with no penalty.
If you cancel after the 48 hours, there is a $150.00 administrative cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, (25% of the total stay) is forfeited and kept as a cancellation fee.
All units are non-smoking. Guests will be charged at minimum $250 for extra cleaning within units if required.
Pets are allowed in some units. There is a $100 non-refundable pet charge. Management must approve pets prior to reservation arrival.
